The world has always known about the power of UV light. In recent years, new technologies have been designed to contain and focus the tremendous power of UV Light into a localized chamber - to kill bacteria, viruses and parasites. The process of sanitizing water this way is not new to public health, For decades, many cities, towns and counties around the world have used this method for the purification of drinking water.

Beachcomber factory technicians install a specialized, stainless steel fixture inside the equipment area along with the pumping equipment, designed specially to work with our component system. The unit contains a specially designed, high output lamp that unleashes the power of UV Light.

Beachcomber's contained, concentrated UV Light in out ClearTech^TM System gives your hot tub a new level of clean water. The effective, EPA registered system can be installed at the time of production at the factory facility.

As the hot tub water passes through the stainless steel unit, the water is exposed to a specialized, intense UV Lamp. Direct high intensity UV light eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, viruses and pathogens on contact within one to three seconds. As the water passes through, harmful organisms exposed to the lamp are sterilized This powerful UV light also destroys chlorines, which creates the familiar, unpleasant odor and smell often found in swimming pools and hot tubs.
