Sealed Gas Features

Sealed Gas Burners

Our pilotless, sealed gas burners are rated at 8,000 BTU's, 12,000 BTU's. One 15,000 BTU super burner will boil big pots of water as fast as any commercial range. Simmer settings are adjustable as low as 600 BTU's.

**Gas burners are equipped with deluxe cast grates and "Reignition", which means the electronic ignitor will immediately relight any top burner that accidentally goes out.

Upper Cabinet Features

Hidden in the cabinet is an electronic clock control system and a powerful (350 CFM) exhaust fan that can be vented to the outside or recirculated through a charcoal filter. A cabinet light illuminates the cooking surface or will act as a night light. The decorative, removable warming shelf option can hold spices, etc..

Storage Features

Six burner models include a two cu. ft. pot storage compartment, neatly hidden behind the hinged reservoir door.
